Es Portitxó is just few meters from the cove of the same name, on the beach of Cadaqués. It is a duplex-house with direct access from the street Sant Antoni, one of the most charming streets of Cadaqués. The paving of land, flowers in all its colors and the white walls are the brand personality of this corner of authentic Cadaques.
Fully equipped for 9+2 people (9 adults + 1 child + 1 baby) in total comfort. The living room has a big sofa, and other complementary furniture. Through a large window, the room has direct access to the terrace with sea views and equipped with outdoor furniture. It also provides an apparatus for air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. The living room has a fireplace and a plasma TV with capacity to play CDs and DVDs and with TDT.
The dining table has a large, modular the corresponding chairs and the kitchen is open, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, freezer, oven, hood and all small electrical appliances and with the necessary utensils (toaster, juicer, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, etc.). The kitchen also has direct access to a gallery with a washer-dryer, hot water boiler, laundry and household cleaning goods. .
Es Portitxó has 2 bathrooms: one in the upper floor with toilet, sink with mirror and a shower, and the other in the lower floor which also has toilet, sink with mirror, a bathtub and bidet. Both bathrooms are fully equipped.
Es Portitxó has a double bedroom with large built-in cupboards and natural light all day and another room with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed for two. Similarly, there is a small bed for boy / girl and a crib for baby. This room has exit to a private terrace, own ventilation system and two wardrobes.
Es Portitxó has natural light throughout the day, front and rear, and is facing south. The best location in Cadaqués in a remarkably quiet place and very close to the beach and the promenade, makes Es Portitxó a unique space for your to stay in Cadaques.

Terms & Conditions
- The check-in will be at 17:00 pm and the check-out will be at 10:00 am the day agreed.
- 40% of the total must be paid to confirm your booking and the remaining 60% in cash, to hand in the keys.
- Consumption of electricity and water is included in the rental price.
- There is a security deposit of 450 €, to return at the check-out.
Optional Services
Linen. Every single set includes: bed linen, blanket, towel, large and small. For each bed: quilt. For each bathroom: bath mat and toilet paper and for the kitchen: kitchen paper.
Price: 10.00 euros / person.
Internet. WI-FI high speed internet, unlimited.
Price: 5 euros / day
Cleaning. Cleaning service "Es Portitxó" (inside, linen, rooms, terraces, bathrooms and kitchen)
Price: 120.00 euros.
In cases of incumpliment times of Check-in or Check-out apply as follows surcharges:
Check-in between 17:00 pm and 20:00 pm, 50 € surcharge.
Check-in between 20:00 pm and 24:00 pm, 100 € surcharge.
Not accepted Check-in above schedule at 24:00 pm
Check-out between 10:00 pm and 12:00 pm, 50 € surcharge.
Not accepted Check-out above schedule at 12:00 h.
