El Racó is in a nineteenth century building in the heart of the Raval district in Barcelona. It has 65 m2 built, divided into four areas: The main room includes a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This environment has high ceilings and retains the original wooden beams and has a balcony directly to the street.
Fully equipped for 4 people in total comfort, plus two sofas for two each, convertible into two beds of 1.20, an auxiliary table, a cabinet for TV, DVD, TDT, a music player device and several complementary furniture.

Terms & Conditions

- The linen is included (bed linen, blanket, towel, large and small, quilt, bath mat and kitchen cloths).
- There is a security deposit of two months, to return at the check-out.
